This custom Sand Casting Mould is supplied as a foundry tooling package for stainless steel and aluminum castings, covering pattern equipment, pattern plates, and core boxes. Each item is produced from the customer’s casting drawing and matched to the foundry’s molding method, whether green sand or resin sand. Patterns create the mould cavity, while core boxes form the sand cores that define internal passages and recesses. Tooling bodies can be made from aluminum alloy, cast iron, or steel according to handling needs and production conditions. OEM customization adjusts pattern layout, gating provisions, and core box build to suit the molding line and casting program.

Order time: 35-40 days, the accurate time depends on product.

Tooling: 50% T/T in advance, after sample approved pay balanced.

Order time: 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L.
