This industrial Sand Casting Mould is a foundry tooling set developed for pattern making in production environments. It covers pattern equipment, pattern plates, and core boxes, all machined to the customer’s casting drawing and matched to the foundry’s molding method. The tooling is used to form cavities in sand molds and to produce cores for internal passages. Aluminum alloy is commonly selected for the tooling body to reduce weight and improve handling on the molding floor. Tooling: 50% T/T in advance, after sample approved pay balanced.
